TRACES OF HOME
In response to a confining and confusing childhood, filmmaker Colette Ghunim forces her parents to return to the places of their own traumatic childhoods, her father to Sayed, Palestine, her mother to Mexico City, Mexico, to heal themselves and perhaps break the bonds of intergenerational trauma.
