What To Do This Weekend: DC APA Film & Kollaboration DC Kick-Off Party

Looking for a party this weekend? DC APA and Kollaboration DC are teaming up to bring you a good one.

The Kick-off Party will celebrate the Kollaboration DC show on Saturday, September 22 and the DC APA Film Festival which opens on Thursday, October 4th and runs through Sunday, October 7th.

This shindig will be held at the Navy Memorial on September 21st and doors open at 6:30 PM. There will be a special wine tasting hosted by Cobble Mountain Cellars. Salia to appear along with other special celebrity performers. Guests at the party get an exclusive sneak peak at the DC APA trailers.

And remember: ANYONE HOLDING EITHER A KOLLABORATION DC OR DC APA FILM FESTIVAL TICKET GETS IN FOR FREE!

Opening Night Film of the 2009 Festival Announced

headerAPA Film is proud to announce that 9500 LIBERTY will be the Opening Night Film for the 10th Annual DC Asian Pacific American Film Festival beginning October 1st. This highly anticipated documentary, by local filmmakers Eric Byler and Annabel Park, examines the political and socio-economic impact of the notorious battle over immigration in Prince William County, VA just outside Washington, D.C.
