Washington, D.C. — DC APA Film is pleased to present the 10th Annual DC Asian Pacific American (APA) Film Festival October 1 through October 10, 2009 at locations throughout the Washington, D.C., area.

The deadline for submissions has passed. Please consider submitting to our festival next year!
