APA FILM PRESENTS A SPECIAL ADVANCE SCREENING OF JUSTIN LIN’S "BETTER LUCK TOMORROW"

APA Film, a local nonprofit that promotes and supports Asian American films and media, will present a special one-night-only screening on February 20, 2003 of Justin Lin’s BETTER LUCK TOMORROW, a feature length film that follows four Asian American teenagers as they delve into the darker side of suburban Southern California.

BETTER LUCK TOMORROW was an Official Selection at the 2002 Sundance Film Festival and the 2002 Toronto International Film Festival. It was subsequently acquired by MTV, who will sponsor its nationwide distribution in Spring 2003.

This special advance premiere will be held at the Loews Georgetown, 3111 K St. NW, Washington, DC 20007. The screening will begin at 7:30pm, followed by a Q&A session with Director Justin Lin.

Tickets will be available to the general public on a first-come first-serve basis at the door the night of the show for $7. All proceeds from this event will go to APA Film.
